Loud Media · Private clubs

Your story, on film.

Thank you for reaching out. Here's how a club film comes together, from our first conversation to premiere night, what we'll cover on our call, and our pricing. Choose a time at the bottom whenever you're ready.

The process

From call to premiere.

Every film is built back from your premiere date, with your approvals along the way. Here's the whole road.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

30 minutes on your milestone, your timeline and who needs to see the film.

    You are here
  2. 02

    Proposal

Within 24 hours: the film, the schedule and the investment on one page, ready for your GM, committee or board. We walk through it together.

  3. 03

    Lock it in

The agreement comes from Adobe Acrobat Sign. The Prestige Film is paid in three installments; other films are 50% to book and the balance at first review.

  4. 04

    Story

We map the story and write the interview questions, person by person. You choose who goes on camera.

  5. 05

    Film

Interviews in natural settings around the club, plus the course, the clubhouse and your archives. Drone on the Prestige and Membership Films, flown by an FAA Part 107 pilot.

  6. 06

    Premiere

Review rounds on a private page, then a premiere-ready film for your screening, website and members.

Private Clubs Plans & Pricing

The discovery call

What to expect.

It's a conversation, not a pitch. By the end, we'll both know if we're the right fit for your club, and I'll have what I need for an accurate proposal.
